Vinyl Experience (10) Record Store Day

I can’t explain the popularity of vinyl all over the world without Record Store Day (From here, RSD). On the contrary from that, it’s not exaggerated that RSD has played a main role of the vinyl popularity. It’s proof that vinyl sales has grown since the beginning of RSD. Actually, there is a data that the record of vinyl sales in one day was renewed on RSD.

Fursaxa「Alone in the Dark Wood」

Female acid folk Jandek or Mauveside Shaw fans should listen to. The voice without words lures listeners to the underworld.

Jahiliyya Fields「Boiler Room NYC Live Show」

Hardcore acid electronic music which I feel it's like a descendant of Spanish cult electronic musician Eduardo Polonio. I understand the profundity of L.I.E.S. again.

Kaoru Abe「Duo」

The session with unknown drummer in early 70's. The primitive impulse which reminds me around Angus Maclise is gushing out.

Beastie Boys「Ill Communication」

One of the album I've listened to most often. Absorbing every music like dub, jazz, Tibetan music, hardcore, etc., they created not only hiphop but also original music I'm not tired if I listened to many times.

Zothique「The Circular Ruins」

Tokyo doom metal which shows the progressive side with putting keyboard in. Slow and heavy sound like corrupted is what I'd like to expect in the future.

Vasilisk「Whirling Dervishes」

The unit Yukio Nagoshi had joined before he formed Copass Grinderz. The sound used with various tribal instruments such an African Flute or a Tibetan percussion and a tape is like collage music of all over the world.

Droop-E「Blvck Diamond Life」

Mixtape like homage to Sade is　2010's masterpiece which has fascinating melody all the time. I hope Keiji Haino who also spins Nas "World is yours" will play "I'm loaded" someday.

Epoxy「Strangers」

Dark minimal dubstep which pursues heavy groove single-mindedly. It is amazing that the heaviness is like doom metal.

Nazoranai live at MOCAD

Roaring hard rock accompanied by two guys of Sunn O))) who influenced enormously from Keiji Haino. Please listen to by very loud volume.

Steve Vai「Flex-Able」

Acid progressive hard rock influenced by Zappa is the hidden masterpiece I'd like listeners of experimental music listen to.

Electric Wizard「Live At Roadburn - 10th Anniversary Party」

Live at Roadburn 2008 of 10th Anniversary. It can be said they performed impeccable perfect doom metal for about an hour.

Theo Parrish「LIVE @ TAICOCLUB 09 KAWASAKI」

Best Mix of Theo Parrish as far as I know. Flowing from Rick Wilhite "In the rain" to Romanthony "The Wanderer" is excellent.

Bong「Out of the Aeons」

Live at Roadburn 2014. The ultimate trip music succeeded to the influence of power drone and Japanse psyche.

A Made Up Sound「Caustic Network」

The track from the trilogy tapes of a Dutch producer who has released dubstep works in the name of 2562. In the dark atmosphere, the sharp beat is striking. It's comfortable.

Young And In The Way「Be My Blood」

New song of cutting-edge US blackened crust band. The aggressive sound all part is united make me feel violent like early 90's death/black metal. They are the coolest hardcore band now.

Dean Blunt「Free Jazz」

Like the title, the performance is in accordance with the form of traditional free jazz. As I listen to the intensive part, I'd like them to session with Hijokaidan.

Ngly「Service Cost HH2」

The latest work from the label L.I.E.S. which has supplied underground house or techno steadily. The smokey sound I'd like around Porter Ricks fans listen to.

SP:MC & LX One「Down」

Heavy ambient dubstep mixed with oriental melody and dynamic beat. I hope around Bong fans listen to this.

Bill Laswell「Imaginary Cuba」

A work recorded on the spot has realistic feeling as if the scenery of Cuba was seen. "Habana Transmission #1" mixed lyrical Cuban melody with breakbeats is excellent. I'd like Bill laswell-alleregic person to listen to.

Marina Abramovic「Freeing The Voice」

Amazing vocalization by a female performance artist from Yugoslavia. I want her to session with Arrington de dionyso or Keiji Haino.

v.a.「Yotsuva - Japanese Noiz Cruster Comp」

A compilation which is collected 4 noise/crust core bands. I'd like to around Merzbow or Masonna fans listen to. This is the Japanese extreme music.

Pete Rock & CL Smooth「The Main Ingredient」

It was said that hiphop records come to be popular in Japan by this album. Although it was released 20 years ago, this masterpiece hasn't be old.

Träd, Gräs Och Stenar「Rock För Kropp Och Själ(excerpt)」

Swedish Stoner Psyche which is as if they perform Sleep "Jerusalem"　so loosely. You must get into this.

Remko Scha「Guitar Mural Featuring The Machines」

From a tape work by a Dutch computational linguistics scholar and artist who is involved with Paul Panhuysen.  I'd like Conlon Nancarrow or Keiji Haino fans to listen to this radical automatic performance without a hand of human.

11Paranoais「Cygnus Rift」

Psychedelic Doom the voice of ex.Ramesses Vocalist Adam Richardson is attractive. A new excellent number of doom metal.

Low Jack「Rinse France 27.03.14」

Ambient, Noise, Dub, Tribal... Using every tracks, He freely makes this mix. Currently, It is not too much to say that Low Jack is the most experimental DJ in the world.

J:Kenzo「SSS Podcast #095」

Dubstep mix which has slow rhythm and heavy groove like doom, stoner. People who received an impact on Om mixed by Alpha&Omega should listen to.

Enix†Inri「DRG∞CLT」

If I describe this music forcibly, this is like psychedelic drone electronica by Muslimgauze. As if he made this after meeting Folke Rabe. I'd like to eludem or Dub Gabriel fans listen to.

Meth Hans「Gorybeatz」

The work with "doom bap" tag by a mysterious beatmaker from Germany reminds wordsound completely.

Bong「Polaris」

From the album UK drone metal group leaded by Mike Vest tries to redefine the word "Stoner" which seem to be overflowed now. I shudder the deep, meditative sound I've never heard yet.
